LIBRARY ACTIVITY- GROUP READING AND NEWS MAKING
The students of class VIII were given a group activity to create their own newspaper with their own titles after reading the student edition of The Hindu newspaper. The students prepared news on different heads such as Sports, Inspired by Fiction, Ecosystem and Fifa World Cup
BOOK FAIR BY MATHRUBHUMI BOOKS
A book fair was conducted in the school by Mathrubhumi Books on 21/7/23. All the students from class I-XII were given a chance to see and buy the books from the 3 days book fair. The Vice Principal Smt. Maya M inaguarated the book fair along with the school captains and class 1 students.

BOOK FAIR BY NEWLIGHT PUBLISHERS

A book exhibition was conducted in the CCA Hall of KV Pangode by Newlight publishers. The fair was conducted as part of the National Library Week celebration. It was inagurated by Smt. Maya M (Principal I/C) KV Pangode. The students from classes I-XII were given chances to visit the book fair and buy their interested books.
MEET THE AUTHOR

A "Meet the author" programme was conducted as part of the National Library Week in the library of KV Pangode. The chief guest of the programme was Smt. Kaikasi V S (Poet and Translator). The programme was conducted on 16th November 2022 and she interacted with the Reader's club members of KV Pangode.

Tribute to Premchand

Munshi Premchand Divas was celebrated in Kendriya Vidyalaya Army Cantt Pangode commemorating the birth anniversary of Shri. Dhanpat Rai Srivastava better known by his pen name as Premchand on July 31st. An exhibition of the books by Premchand was organised in the school library and was inaugurated by the Vice Principal Smt. Maya M. The display of books by Premchand helped the students to get a better understanding of the author and inspired the students to read and understand more about him through books on Premchand.
